Thy Executive Hotel is a new, vibrant hotel with affordable room prices. Recently opened in November 2011, guests can enjoy the use of brand-new facilities and top-notch services from our experienced staff. The bright colours of the hotel façade portray a vibrant and youthful atmosphere, yet the sleek and cozy interior will allow guests to feel at home.

Thy Executive Hotel has a capacity of 120 rooms spanning over 4 floors, an open air rooftop, and most importantly, ample parking space with 24 hours security surveillance at no charge to guests. Within the 120 rooms available, there are several designs that our guests can choose from such as our specially designed Single Rooms for individuals who prefer simplicity and affordability. We also have Twin/Double and Triple Sharing Rooms available for business partners and couples alike. In addition, families can choose from our spacious Family Rooms with the choice of a separation of rooms for privacy between parents and children. Most importantly, these rooms are available in three different designs, Superior, Boutique and Premier.

Strategically located at the heart of commercial districts, Thy Executive Hotel provides utmost convenience to their guests. There are up to 8 golf courses within 30 minutes drive from the hotel, thus a choice location for avid golfers. Shopping malls and hypermarkets can be found within a five-kilometre radius from the hotel. Most importantly, Senai International Airport is just 30 minutes drive from our hotel. Even more impressive is that we are just a straight road away from Second-Link Highway leading to Singapore. 

Thy Executive Hotel is continuously improving itself for the betterment of its guests. Through the comments and feedback received, we understand the need to re-define our hotel thus the plan to build a wide array of new facilities within the hotel. Already in blueprint, is a whole new Contemporary-styled Coffeehouse to look forward to, where guest can enjoy an all-day service of breakfast, lunch and dinner in the traditional coffeehouse set-up that we are so familiar to, juxtaposed by modern-day inspired interior designs. Furthermore, recreational centre such as a Therapeutic Spa will be built for the comfort of our guests. In addition, a Conference Hall with holding capacity of 200-250 persons will be situated on the rooftop where seminars can be held in a conducive and professional environment. Lastly, an alfresco bar will be opened at the rooftop for guests. This will be the highlight of our hotel where guests can enjoy and simply muse to the panoramic view of the Johor Bahru night sky and the famous city lights of Singapore.
